The CEE is a collaboration between the Department of Canadian Heritage (including the Heritage Branch, the Canadian Conservation Institute, the Exhibit Transportation Services, and the Canadian Heritage Information Network), and the Canadian Museums Association and its Exhibition Exchange Special Interest Group.

These partner organizations bring to the CEE a thorough knowledge of museum networks along with expertise in the preservation of collections, the preparation of exhibitions, the packing, crating and shipping of heritage material, and the management of heritage information.

The Department of Canadian Heritage works with Canadians to strengthen our shared sense of identity while respecting the diversity that exists in Canada.
